16. INDEMNITY. The Tenant undertakes to compensate the lessor, its subsidiaries, related companies and senior executives concerned, representatives, partners and employees concerned in the event of losses, receivables, claims or threats, including costs incurred by the use of the equipment by the tenant, the functionality of the equipment or any violation of this agreement.
